What a session is like
You sit back in the chair, choose your programme, and let it recline you into the zero-gravity position. For 30 minutes the 4D rollers work down your spine while air-compression sleeves gently squeeze your arms, hips and legs and infrared heat warms your lower back. The lounge is quiet and private — most clients close their eyes and drift off. Step out feeling lighter, looser and completely reset.
